The role focuses on SME clients across onboarding, engagement and utilisation through to renewal, building solid client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions to maximise retention and expansion. You will own the full client lifecycle, manage a pipeline of renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
