We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Membership Consultant
to join our team on a casual basis.
It’s a simple, people-focused role. You’ll be one of the faces of the gym — welcoming members, helping with enquiries, showing potential members around and making sure the club is always looking its best.
Casual Membership Consultant What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming members and visitors
Responding to membership enquiries
Showing prospective members around the gym
Helping with new member sign-ups
Following up warm leads and enquiries
Answering calls, messages and emails
General reception and admin duties
Keeping the gym clean, tidy and presentable
Helping with general day-to-day gym duties
Creating a friendly, positive atmosphere for our members
Who We’re Looking For You don’t need years of gym experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident and easy to talk to
Positive and energetic
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable speaking with current people
Proactive and happy to get things done
Organised and able to work independently
Someone who enjoys fitness and the gym environment
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or fitness is a bonus, but personality and attitude are more important.
