Personal Care Workers (PCW) - Lismore - Surrounds Are you passionate about helping others live independently? Whether you are experienced or just starting your career in aged care, this is your chance to make a difference supporting clients aged 65+ in their homes across Lismore and surrounding suburbs. The successful applicant will have the following skills Provide domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep). Deliver personal care (showering/grooming, toileting, medication support). Offer social support and companionship to brighten a clients day. Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping and community activities. Every shift is a chance to make a positive impact while building meaningful connections. Successful Applicant must have Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support Current Australian Driver's Licence Reliable/registered,
