Moss & Co is partnering with an established Victorian law firm to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate into a newly created position.

With the option to be based in Melbourne CBD or Geelong, this opportunity will suit a lawyer with at least five years’ post admission experience who is looking to take the next step in their corporate and commercial career.

The opportunity

You’ll bring your corporate and commercial experience to an established practice, working with colleagues to provide practical advice to business clients.

We’re interested in speaking with lawyers whose experience includes commercial transactions, business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts or business structuring. Franchising experience would be welcome, but is not required.

About you





- At least five years’ post admission experience in corporate and commercial law
- Solid drafting, advisory and client relationship skills
- Confidence managing matters and taking responsibility for your work
- A practical, commercially minded approach
- An interest in contributing to a collaborative team
