Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock. Shift:

6AM - 2PM Rate:

$42ph Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory activities. Manage labour planning, resource allocation, and workflow priorities to achieve operational targets. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and warehouse staff. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace procedures and standards. Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, housekeeping, and process compliance. Support performance management, attendance tracking, timecard reviews, and team development. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. About You





Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution centre operations. Strong people leadership and team development skills. Sound understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and safety practices. Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Forklift licence highly regarded. What's on Offer
