About The Role A well-established roofing and construction business is seeking a motivated and reliable

Business Administration Trainee

to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to complete a

Certificate III in Business

while learning a variety of administration functions in a supportive office environment. You will gain practical experience across office operations, customer service, invoicing, document management, and the use of a building drawing system to support project coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities

General administration and office support

Data entry and record management

Processing invoices and purchase orders

Preparing business documents and correspondence

Maintaining electronic filing systems

Assisting with project administration

Learning to interpret and work with building drawings using the company's drawing system

Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal team members

Supporting day-to-day business operations

About You

Strong attention to detail

Positive written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Interest in administration and the construction industry

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Driver's licence desirable but not essential
