Catholic Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dining services for residents at Holy Cross in Kincumber, NSW. You will report to the Head Chef and bring experience from a commercial kitchen, ideally in aged care, contributing to a current, well–set up home. You will create nutritious meals, adapt menus for dietary needs, and work with the team to maintain safety and HACCP standards while supporting residents and families with a warm, caring approach.
