Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the physical, social and intellectual development of students.
- Inspire students to explore a range of artistic techniques, materials, processes and visual forms, developing their creativity and individual artistic expression.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and challenging learning workplace that encourages experimentation, critical thinking and artistic growth.
- Support students to develop their understanding of artmaking, art criticism and art history through meaningful learning experiences.
- Adhere to assessment schedules and maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge and continually enhance the learning and teaching of English.
- Develop effective assessment strategies and differentiate learning activities to meet diverse student needs.
- Work creatively and constructively within the school community, collaborating with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
