Certifcate lll or Diploma Educator – 12 month Contract (possibility of extension) Children’s Services | Community Junction
Community Junction Children's Services are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our North St Marys Children's Centre team.
This is a part-time position (35 hours per week - 12 month contract with possibility of extension) working across our Preschool and Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) services, supporting children aged 3 to 12 years in a warm, inclusive and community-focused workplace.
About the Role You will work collaboratively with our educators to provide high-quality education and care experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and voices. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across both Preschool and OOSH programs on the same site, creating meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their early childhood and school-age years.
We believe great education and care is about relationships, not ratios. We are seeking an educator who is passionate about children's voices, committed to being present, and motivated to advocate for children's wellbeing, inclusion and sense of belonging. If you are looking to make a genuine difference rather than simply fill a role, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Availability is required Monday to Friday between 6:15am and 6:00pm, with shifts rostered within these operating hours.
