Whether you’re an experienced teacher, a university student studying Education, or an enthusiastic tutor with a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role As a Tutor & Learning Coach, you’ll become an important part of each student’s learning journey. You’ll teach in small groups, celebrate their achievements, encourage their confidence and help them develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Every day is different, and every lesson is an opportunity to inspire a child to believe in themselves.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging English and Mathematics lessons to primary school students

Supporting students within small-group classes (typically 4–6 students)

Creating a positive, encouraging and welcoming learning environment

Building genuine relationships with students and their families





Celebrating student progress while providing thoughtful guidance and support

Preparing learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom

Working collaboratively with our friendly teaching team

Assisting with exciting holiday programs and special events throughout the year

Communicates confidently and professionally with both children and parents

Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

Has a willingness to learn and continuously grow as an educator

Essential Requirements

Excellent English communication skills

Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Availability for after-school shifts and/or Saturdays

Australian working rights

We’d Love It If You Also Have...

Teaching or tutoring experience

A teaching qualification or are currently studying Education

Experience working with primary school children

Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
