Guest Service Agent All Rounder . As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service. The Role

Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and effective check in and check out. Assisting guests with requests and creatingmemorable experiences.



Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions. Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries. Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities. Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in anefficient and proactive manner. What we are looking for

A natural ability to authentically connect with people. Exceptional communication skills. Previous Front Office experience within a luxury environment is desirable. Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is favourable. Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays. A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for people. Candidates to have working rights in Australia.
