- Support effective people processes: Provide accurate and timely administrative and systems support across the employee lifecycle, maintaining a strong understanding of TasNetworks’ people policies, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment and talent activities: Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, support candidate communications and experiences, and coordinate Mercer evaluations.

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring

- Experience in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.
- A sound understanding of HR principles, employment legislation and contemporary people practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations, navigate challenging situations and identify when escalation is required.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A track record of delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- A good understanding of reporting, governance, confidentiality and information management requirements.
