Mission Australia in Broken Hill, NSW seeks a Program Manager with solid mental health and AOD experience to lead Adult and Youth AOD and Commonwealth Psychosocial Support programs across the Far West. You will guide case workers and peer workers, strengthen local partnerships and deliver person-centred services responsive to community needs.

You will oversee program governance, ensure budget accountability, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of safety, inclusion and resilience for people
