Freelance 2nd Chef- Private Residence – Sydney / Central Coast

Position Snapshot
- $800 AUD / Day DOE
- Ongoing Standby Day Rate (to be available)
A high-profile residence is need of a freelance chef to assist their head chef on/off for the months of December and January, acting as a 2 nd chef to help with larger guest days
As the days that the chef may be required will fluctuate without much notice they intend to pay a standby day rate to be available, Standby Day rate is TBC
The chef will not be required for Xmas / Boxing Day/ NYE
Skills with Vegetarian dishes will be beneficial
The chef will move between Sydney and the central coast (with air BNB accommodation provided (optional), during periods they are working)
The chef must have full availability for December / January (aside from Xmas / Boxing Day/ NYE)
