What You'll Be Doing: Build solid, lasting relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Supporting our dynamic sales teams by assisting with negotiations,



closing deals and maximizing every opportunity. Presenting and offering finance & insurance options through our trusted partners, ensuring information provided to customers is clear, accurate and compelling. Manage end-to-end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement). Consistently achieving finance and insurance sales targets and budgets. Proactively following up on leads and customer inquiries with enthusiasm and speed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strict compliance with all lender, regulatory and dealership requirements. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance or Automotive Sales , with a genuine interest in developing a career in F&I.; A genuine passion for our products and a strong sales focus, with the motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, connect with customers and establish trust. A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy in documentation. A self-motivated, goal-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lender platforms, compliance, and end-to-end finance deal structuring is highly regarded,
