Knauf Australia in Horsley Park is seeking a Customer Service Operator to join our Fulfilment Center team. You will handle front-line customer service, order processing, data entry, and basic warehouse duties including loading/unloading and forklift operation when required. Reporting to the Trade Store Manager, you will interact with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, ensure accurate orders, manage documentation, and support stocktakes.
