Vocus Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide practical legal support on regulatory, commercial, and contract matters. You will independently review and negotiate contracts on standard terms and third-party terms in line with playbooks, escalating complex issues to senior lawyers where needed.
You’ll partner with sales, finance, and operations to enable business objectives, create guidance notes, and manage matters from intake to closure.
