ABOUT THE JOB CHANCE We are looking for reliable Hang-on Platform and Edge Protection Installation workers to support our residential scaffolding work around Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
ABOUT THE POSITION This position involves working at various locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, averaging 8 hours per day, with overtime and weekend work opportunities when available.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Install hang-on platforms in accordance with engineered designs
Install and dismantle edge protection systems safely and efficiently
Identify hazards, defects or safety concerns and report promptly
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications
Participate in toolbox talks and required training
Maintain tools and equipment in good working orderUndertake all duties as directed by 2IC, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Manager
ABOUT YOU You Must Have:
Current High Risk Work License (SB) - highly regarded however not mandatory
Current Working at Heights
Current White/Blue Card
A strong commitment to working safety above all else
