Sigma Healthcare's Preston-based IT Operations & Services team is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own the technical resolution of complex incidents across retail, distribution and corporate IT environments.

You will lead root cause analyses, implement permanent fixes, and guide lifecycle initiatives while ensuring service continuity in a 24/7 workplace. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with mentoring and collaboration across stores, distribution centres and offices.
