The role You’ll be the Showroom Manager's right hand at our showroom, leading by example on the floor. You’ll still be selling, and selling well, while coaching the team in the moment and driving the energy of the room.

You’ll help keep the showroom on track every day, from targets and margin to customer follow-up, and you’ll step up to run the showroom when the Showroom Manager is away. The role comes with a structured development plan and a genuine pathway into showroom management.

What you’ll do

Lead by example, achieving your own sales targets while supporting the team to hit theirs

Coach team members on the floor with real-time, honest and encouraging feedback

Support the daily sales meeting and help track performance throughout the day





Keep opportunities current in our CRM and help the team follow up every quote with purpose

Make sure every customer is onboarded through our customer portal and outstanding balances are followed up

Support new team members through onboarding and buddy shifts

Run the showroom confidently in the Showroom Manager's absence

Who you are You’ll thrive here if you are:

A proven salesperson with a natural flair for connecting with customers

Experience as a senior Sales Consultant or in a similar retail role is important, and a background in furniture, homewares or premium lifestyle retail is a strong advantage. Our showrooms trade on weekends and public holidays, so availability to work rostered weekends is an expectation of this role.

Remuneration:

package details, e.g. competitive base salary plus commission, with OTE (inclusive of superannuation and commission) of $110,000 to $140,000 for the right person
