WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are admitted lawyer in
Western Australia
+have MINIMUM
2 years+
(or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience (including in
CTP);
have proven ability to manage your own CTP files highly autonomously from start to finish; [essential]
have a strong understanding of relevant
Western Australian CTP
legislation/ court practice+procedure ,
litigation
experience+ strong communication, advocacy and people skills;
are
proactive and have a ‘can-do’
attitude;
are hungry to
