You will manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate returns, and support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Ideal candidates have solid phone-based customer service skills, intermediate Excel and MS Office proficiency, and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
