CoreStaff South Australia is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for an established Adelaide manufacturer. You will lead a team of 10–12 on shift, supported by a 2IC and senior operators, ensuring protected, efficient production and quality outcomes. You will be on-floor, approachable, and decisive, coordinating with maintenance and production teams, and taking accountability for daily targets while fostering a positive, productive work environment across rotating shifts.
