CareChoice Geelong is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with disability in our 24/7 SIL homes. You will deliver person-centred support that promotes independence and meaningful participation. The role requires experience with personal care, safety and manual handling, plus robust communication and record-keeping. You’ll work with families and the team to support goals and dignity. A current First Aid/CPR, NDIS and WWC checks, and a Victorian driver’s licence are essential.
