Boral is seeking a high-impact Sales & Estimating leader to head our team, win major projects, and represent the company across markets in Queensland. You will drive tender wins, cultivate key customer relationships and guide pricing and risk strategy for major asphalt and construction initiatives.

You will mentor skilled estimators and account managers, coach teams on accurate quotes and EOIs, and collaborate with operations to optimise supply chain and project costs.
