Front Office Reception . About the Role

As our next team member, you will: Service and clean guest rooms to a high standard (housekeeping experience essential) Ensure public areas are presented immaculately Assist with guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone Support front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest accounts Provide friendly and skilled guest service at all times Assist guests throughout their stay,



from arrival to departure Multitask across departments in a small team environment Be willing to go the extra mile to create a positive guest experience This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable working across multiple departments in a boutique property. What We Are Looking For

Previous housekeeping experience (essential) Front office or reception experience (desired but not essential) Prior experience in hospitality and/or customer service Experience using RMS is an advantage (training provided) Strong attention to detail and time management skills A reliable and proactive team player Comfortable working in a small team environment A friendly personality with strong communication skills Flexibility to work across a seven‑day roster, including weekends If you are reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy delivering quality guest service in a boutique hotel environment, we would love to hear from you.
