Somersby on the Central Coast .
These positions are available for an immediate start, with ongoing work on offer for the right candidates.
Availability to work 5 days per week is essential.
Reliability, punctuality and excellent attendance are a major priority for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assembly of components and parts
Using hand and power tools
Operating production machinery
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Manual handling of materials
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Following all Workplace Health & Safety procedures
Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
To Be Successful, You MUST Have:
Minimum 2 months' recent,
solid experience in a similar production or assembly role
Minimum 6 months' experience operating forklifts
Sound knowledge and practical experience using hand and power tools
A solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
Ability to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment and drug and alcohol screening (conducted as part of the interview process at our Tuggerah office)
Current driver's licence and reliable own transport
Ability to travel to Somersby daily
Availability to work 5 days per week with excellent attendance and punctuality
