Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking a motivated Program Manager – Family Violence Services to lead operational and clinical oversight across Boronia and Kew centres. This part time, permanent role reports to the Senior Manager-Outer East and coordinates with family violence practitioners to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused service delivery.

You will manage program performance, safety, and compliance, provide clinical guidance for complex cases, and foster sector partnerships.
