Picker Packer with LF Join a Fast-Paced Warehouse Team We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Picker Packer with LF to join a busy warehouse operation. About the Role Working under regular supervision, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer and operational requirements

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and store stock

Receive, handle, and organise incoming and outgoing goods

Maintain accurate stock placement and inventory records

Support stock control and warehouse replenishment activities

Follow all warehouse procedures, safety standards, and site requirements

Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Communicate effectively with team leaders and warehouse staff

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a picking and packing role within a warehouse workplace

Current and valid

LF Forklift Licence





Experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently

Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
