PEXA is seeking a People Experience Consultant to support employees and people leaders with everyday HR processes in Melbourne. You’ll manage the PX inbox, answer questions about policies and perks, and assist onboarding, changes and offboarding with care and accuracy.
As a first point of contact for people queries, you’ll keep HR records accurate and compliant, collaborate with payroll and finance, and look for ways to simplify processes while delivering a great employee experience.
