You will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, primarily responsible for our authentic charcoal grill. When you aren't managing the coals, you’ll be an essential part of our daily rhythm, assisting with high-quality prep and stepping up to assist in the management of the Main Pass during service. The position is to begin as casual employment with the possibility to advance to full time after an initial training period. What You’ll Do

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (similar roles preferred). Skillset: Proven experience with charcoal/wood-fire cooking and a robust understanding of kitchen flow.
