The Role

The VP of Finance & Corporate Development is a high-impact, execution-oriented leader who will shape Linktree's financial strategy while building the operational excellence of our finance function. Reporting to the COO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to enable sound decision-making, disciplined investment, and sustainable growth. This is the right role for a sharp, commercially-minded finance leader who thrives in hands-on, high-growth environments. You bring deep expertise in strategic finance and corporate development, a strong grasp of SaaS and consumer internet business models, and the leadership ability to develop and scale a talented team. You are energized by building – systems, processes, and businesses – and you operate with both analytical rigor and practical judgment. We’re looking for an ambitious finance leader who has developed strong executive judgment and commercial acumen, but who is still excited by the chance to build, learn and grow alongside the company. You balance executive presence with humility, and are just as energised by improving a forecasting process or coaching a team member as you are by presenting to the Board. What You Will Own

Strategic Finance & Corporate Planning

Drive Linktree’s long-range financial model, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts, translating company strategy into clear financial targets and investment guardrails. Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency. Partner with the CEO and COO as a trusted strategic advisor on business model evolution, pricing strategy, monetization, margin expansion, and global expansion initiatives.



Translate strategy into practical operating rhythms, ensuring teams have clear financial targets, accountability and decision frameworks. FP&A; & Business Partnership

Lead company-wide FP&A;, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and G&A; leaders to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and drive disciplined investment decisions. Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and management reporting to help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions. Financial Operations

Provide leadership and oversight across FinOps functions including Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and AR/AP — partnering with functional leads to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Support strong internal controls and audit readiness across jurisdictions, with an eye toward continuous improvement and scalability. Champion process automation and systems improvements that increase reporting accuracy, reduce manual workflows, and free the team to focus on higher-value work. Improve the speed, quality, and scalability of core finance operations, balancing strong controls with pragmatic execution. Cash Management & Treasury

Own liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital management,



ensuring the business maintains financial flexibility while supporting growth. Corporate Development

Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities aligned with Linktree’s long-term growth strategy. Lead financial diligence, valuation modeling, deal structuring, and integration planning for inorganic growth initiatives. Represent Linktree in negotiations and strategic discussions with founders, investors, and external partners. Board & Investor Reporting

Support the CEO and COO in investor engagement and Board communications, preparing high-quality materials that synthesize financial performance, risks, opportunities, and forward outlook. Help shape Linktree’s external financial narrative with clarity and credibility. Systems & Financial Transformation

Continuously improve financial systems, tooling, and data infrastructure. Leverage automation and AI-first processes to enhance reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and decision support capabilities. Team Leadership & Development

Build a high-performing global finance team of 10+ by developing emerging leaders, creating clear ownership, and fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity and continuous improvement.
