The role is based in Atherton/Mareeba with travel to regional sites, offering growth within a supported clinical structure and cutting-edge service models to deliver high-quality end-of-life care. You will develop and monitor care plans, perform resident assessments, assist in staff orientation and professional development, and help ensure accreditation
