Virgin Australia is seeking an API & Integration Support Engineer to join our IT team in a hybrid role based out of Brisbane or Sydney. You will provide Level 3 production support across APIs, microservices and integration platforms, troubleshoot incidents, support deployments and work with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable services.

You will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate releases, monitor health and performance, and contribute to permanent fixes and documentation.
