Fluence is seeking a driven Site Manager to lead the construction of one or more Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. You will oversee in office activities, coordinate earthworks, civil works, electrical cabling and pre-commissioning, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing safety and quality on site. You will report to the Senior Construction Manager/Director of Construction and work within a collaborative Fluence team.
