EF Education First in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Safety & Incident Response Specialist to ensure travellers and Tour Directors receive rapid, effective support when things go wrong on tour. You will report to the Director of Safety & Incident Response, and join a 24/7 follow-the-sun team with colleagues in Tokyo, Zurich, Panama, and Boston.
The role covers proactive safety, crisis planning, incident management, and training for Tour Directors, suppliers, and internal teams.
