Viva Energy Australia is seeking a skilled People Analytics & Insights Specialist to shape workforce analytics across the organisation. You will own dashboards, reporting and data visualisation solutions used by People & Culture and executives to identify trends and inform decisions. Advise on data governance and ensure data quality while collaborating with HRIS, Payroll and Finance teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations across a large and diverse workforce.
