Assemble recruitment is partnering with a boutique accounting and advisory firm on the Gold Coast to recruit a Senior Accountant or Supervisor. You will manage workflow across the Business Services & Tax division, lead a small team, and ensure client work moves efficiently while supporting growth. Working with the Director, you will optimise processes, oversee WIP, budgeting and billing, and contribute to new client onboarding and development opportunities within a dynamic, up-to-date practice.
