We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Construction Director, Construction Manager, Site Foremen, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly and delivered on time, and to a high standard.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will assist in coordinating key aspects of project delivery, including procurement, contract administration support, client communication, authority liaison, and final handover documentation. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail,



you’ll be a key point of contact of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully.

- QSE management
- Program management
- Design management
- Procurement & finance management

About You:

Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Project Engineer/Project Manager in the construction industry. (Preferably Commercial Fit Out Experience)

Demonstrate a high level of understanding of procurement.

Have excellent forecasting skills.

Possess sound knowledge with subcontractor/scope of works.

Have excellent attention to detail in understanding plans and execution.

Have great communication skills, understanding the process and steps throughout the phases of construction.
