Our client is expanding their NSW team and looking for a full-time inspector to cover Normanhurst/Wahroonga/Turramurra. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll focus primarily on pre‑purchase inspections, identifying defects, assessing compliance and delivering detailed reports that support property transactions.

Duties

- Identify structural defects, compliance issues and safety risks
- Carry out pre‑purchase inspections across Normanhurst and surrounds
- Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
- Inspect subfloors, roof cavities and external roofing areas
- Provide skilled advice to clients

Skills & Experience





- Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
- Must be a licensed builder with a current NSW Builder's Licence
- Completed Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010), or willingness to complete the course. This must be complete before commencing the role.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality reporting skills
- Police clearance and a valid driver's licence
