Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally within a premium or independent boutique environment.
A genuine passion for fashion, interiors, homewares and emerging trends.
A natural ability to engage with customers and deliver thoughtful, personalised service.
Sales-driven, commercially aware and motivated to achieve results.
Well-presented, confident and approachable, with a strong sense of personal style.
Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all aspects of boutique life.
The Role
