The Pick Packer accurately picks, packs and prepares ENGINE Swim's online customer orders for dispatch. The role combines practical warehouse work with basic computer administration, ensuring orders are correctly prepared, securely packed and presented with care.

Key responsibilities

Read online orders and select the correct products, styles, sizes, colours and quantities

Check picked items against each order and report missing, incorrect or visibly damaged stock

Pack products neatly and securely using the appropriate packaging, with a final check before sealing

Use order and shipping systems to process orders, enter information and update dispatch records accurately

Print and apply the correct shipping labels, check they match the order and prepare parcels for collection

Raise unclear order details, system issues or likely delays promptly, and handle customer information carefully

Keep products in their correct locations, replenish packing supplies and maintain tidy work areas

Assist with stock replenishment and stock counts as directed, and report stock discrepancies

Follow site safety procedures, use equipment as trained and authorised, and communicate workload priorities with the supervisor

About you

Previous experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse,



retail or ecommerce setting

An understanding of retail products, stock accuracy and customer order expectations

Strong attention to detail, particularly with similar products in different sizes and colours

Practical packing skills and care with product condition, presentation and packaging

Good basic computer skills, accurate data entry and confidence learning order and shipping systems

The ability to work at a steady, productive pace while maintaining accuracy and following instructions

Reliability, punctuality, clear communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Morning availability and flexibility within agreed working arrangements as order volumes change

Desirable: Online retail order fulfilment and familiarity with shipping, order management or inventory systems

Desirable: Handling swimwear, apparel or other products with multiple size and colour options
