You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the visa medical process and handling payments, documentation and data entry in a busy centre. Ideal candidates show outstanding customer service, robust attention to detail, and excellent communication across diverse backgrounds. Rotating shifts and AI-assisted interview may be part of the process.
