Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Team Leader to guide a frontline employment services team across Parramatta, Hornsby and Epping. You will mentor staff, build employer partnerships, and translate program guidelines into high-quality service delivery.

You will support clients with disability or health conditions to secure meaningful work, meet KPIs, and champion inclusion through person-centred practice. A relevant qualification and a current driver’s license are essential.
