Your new role This is a field-based position where you'll spend much of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and helping achieve positive outcomes. You will operate autonomously while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Meeting customers in person and conducting follow-up discussions via phoneNegotiating and establishing sustainable repayment arrangementsBuilding rapport and maintaining professional customer relationshipsMonitoring payment arrangements and managing follow-up activitiesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and proceduresManaging your own schedule and travel requirementsTravelling nationally as required (once every 5 weeks)
