Cox Purtell Staffing Services is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our ANZ compliance function for a major global insurer. You will report to the Head of Compliance and act as the senior legal and technical lead, guiding a team of analysts and a team lead in interpreting legislation and the insurance codes. You will assess breaches, provide pragmatic guidance to claims, underwriting and business teams, and help shape the function as it becomes more strategic within the organisation.
