Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Recovery Worker to support participants in a Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) service. You will work with participants to identify personal goals, facilitate group sessions and help run daily PARC operations, within a multidisciplinary team that values lived experience and evidence‑based practice. The role operates 24/7 on a rotating roster with penalty rates for afternoon and weekend hours, located in Broadmeadows, Melbourne.
