Richard Lloyd Recruitment is seeking a Head of Finance for an ASX-listed health technology business with a global distribution network. The role, based in Sydney, leads the Finance function for a 12‑month maternity leave, reporting to the CEO and Board.

Responsibilities include ASX reporting, governance, compliance, capital management, budgeting, and strategic financial input to the Board. The position requires CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent and substantial FC/CFO experience.
