The Body Corporate for Coronation Towers in inner-city Auchenflower, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Building Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of a 77‑apartment complex across two towers and four townhouses.

You will coordate maintenance and repairs, manage safety and security for tenants, liaise with the body corporate committee and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations and building codes.
