You will;

- Providing technical advice and guidance on complex Workers Compensation claims.
- Reviewing claims management practices and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, quality and consistency.




- Coaching and mentoring case managers to strengthen their technical capability and confidence.
- Collaborating with team leaders and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and best-practice claims management.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Significant experience managing Workers Compensation claims, including exposure to complex or challenging claims.
- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation, regulations and claims management practices.
- The ability to analyse complex scenarios, assess risks and provide sound, practical recommendations.
- An interest in coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of other claims professionals.
